"Recently we needed an immediate appropriate sympathy gift for a dear friend and did not know where to start on a late afternoon. When we searched the internet for a company for such a gift an ad for Heart to Heart Sympathy Gifts was the first on the list to come up. We found their personalized memory boxes to be exactly what was needed. The website was very easy to navigate. We completed our order immediately. Later in the evening we noticed we had an email from Mr. Chris Myrick of the company kindly asking if we intended the spelling of a word to be in the engraving as we had written it in our order. We did not as we had made an error. Mr. Myrick fixed this for us and told us our order would be on the way in the morning. You could sense he was as relieved as we were that he had caught the error before our order went to production. We received our order in two days from the time it left their production facility through USPS. It was packaged wonderfully. The memory box was beautiful. Our friend's family was very comforted by the memory box where they will put their written memories of their loved one for their families future generations as a generational keepsake. Heart to Heart Sympathy Gifts stayed in touch with us by email for all steps of our order. We will trust their company always now for all our gift needs, sympathy and otherwise and anyone else can too.
